Following the recent press conference giving by St. Michael of O'Leary and his "mea culpa" over the fact that his aggressive techniques may have contributed to the recent downturn in ryanair's financial performance, it was announced late last week that ryanair.com are going to make their website more "user-friendly" and start using "social media" to "listen" and communicate more with customers.
