Easyjet have just launched flights 5 times a week from Lisbon to Lyon.
They also operate Lyon - Bordeaux twice daily.
The connecting times seem to be feasible.
For example on July 14th there is a flight:
Lisbon dep. 12:15, Lyon arr. 15:35
€ 40.99 (today's price)
Lyon dep. 19:20, Bordeaux arr. 20:25
€28.49 (today's price)
