Apart from hire car, airport transfer/taxi (+- € 280 per vehicle one way), the only way will be by train from Lisbon Gare Oriente station, 10 minutes by taxi from Lisbon Airport or by long distance coach from Lisbon Sete Rios Bus Station 15 minutes by taxi from Lisbon Airport.
By train you would have to get a train to Coimbra and then catch another train to Figueira da Foz.
