If you want something near Porta da Vila, you could consider the Aqualuz. Using the foot path and tunnel under the main arterial ring road, you can be within the walls within 7-8 minutes.
Also have a look at Casa da Moura. I was in there for the first time recently and its quite nice and within the city walls.
