Unfortunately, the Maritime Police have now increased their presence in Lagos and are now taking a very dim view of such parties.
One such party got a visit a couple of weeks ago and everyone had to pack up and go home.
It's all part of the effort to Lagos Council, during this economic crisis, to chase away budget travellers and caravaners, and fill the new 4/5 star hotels that have been built or are being built.
