There are two options to get from Lisbon to Figueira da Foz by Public Transport.
1) Rail
There are several trains throughout the day from Lisbon Gare Oriente Station (10 minutes by taxi from the Lisbon Radisson.) to Figueira da Foz.

Most require a change of train at Alfarelos Station. A couple require a chnage of train at Pombal and Alfarelos Stations.
2) Bus
Rede Expressos - http://www.rede-expressos.pt - have three daily services from Lisbon Sete Rios Bus Station (10 to 15 minutes by taxi from Lisbon Radisson depending on traffic.) to Figueira da Foz.

Dept. Lisbon: 08:30
Arr. FdF: 11:15
Dept. Lisbon: 15:45
Arr. FdF: 18:30
Dept. Lisbon: 18:30
Arr. FdF: 21:30
Whichever option you take, I would recommend buying tickets the day before as your intended date of travel is ultra-high season.
