The last bus ( www.rede-expressos.pt ) on Sunday evening leaves from Lisbon Sete Rios Bus Station at 22:00hrs. This is exactly the time you will be arriving. It takes 15 minutes by taxi from Lisbon Airport to Lisbon Sete Rios Bus Station. You should be there at least 30 minutes before the bus leaves to by a ticket.
