The Algarvean Portuguese Border Town of Vila Real Stª Antonio and the Spanish town of Ayamonte both located on opposing banks of the Guadiana will sign a protocol on Wednesday 9th January to create a "Euro-city" region with the objective of jointly promoting economic, cultural and social development.
